This is a tiny treasure, 4 1/2" high and base is about 1 1/2" and about 2 1/2" at widest. There are two mold seams on each side. The bottom has "USA" and a 3. Nice shape of vase, mint condition. I want to let you know that I do not consider myself an "expert", I am just a collector who loves beautiful things.
